1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of KH DREAM Service Ltd (the "Company") or utilizing any of our recruitment, manpower supply, visa facilitation, tourism, or facility services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Services Overview & Scope

KH DREAM Service Ltd operates as a licensed corporate service provider offering:

Manpower Supply & Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and supplying qualified personnel across construction, hospitality, technical, and cleaning sectors.

Visa & Travel Solutions: Visa application consultancy, family visit visas, business visas, Umrah packages, and airline ticket reservations.

Facility & Technical Services: Contract cleaning, electro-mechanical support, and specialized maintenance contracts.

3. Client & Candidate Responsibilities

Authenticity of Documentation: Clients and job applicants must guarantee that all submitted credentials, trade licenses, certificates, and personal identity documents are genuine, valid, and legally obtained.

Compliance with Saudi Labor Laws: Employers agree to abide by the statutory regulations defined by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), including wage protection (WPS), safety standards, and employment contracts on Qiwa.

Payment Compliance: Service fees, embassy charges, and government levies must be settled according to agreed invoice payment terms.

4. Visa & Governmental Approvals Disclaimer

While KH DREAM Service Ltd exercises all due diligence and professional expertise in processing visa and labor applications:

Issuance Authority: Final visa grant, work permit approval, or entry permission remains under the sole authority of the respective government embassies and ministries.

Governmental Delays: The Company shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays arising from government policy shifts, system downtime, or regulatory changes.

5. Umrah Packages & Travel Bookings

Booking Confirmation: Tour and Umrah package bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the designated deposit or full payment.

Cancellations & Refunds: Flight ticket and hotel cancellation refunds are subject to individual airline and hotel supplier policies, minus administrative handling charges.

Travel Documents: Travelers are solely responsible for possessing a valid passport with at least 6 months validity prior to travel.

6. Payment, Invoicing & VAT

All service charges and commercial invoices issued by KH DREAM Service Ltd are subject to value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia. Payment must be made through approved banking channels or verified payment gateways.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, KH DREAM Service Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen third-party delays, natural disasters, or unauthorized acts beyond reasonable corporate control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

9. Amendments & Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
